CHEERS TO CHRISTMAS! A PENHALIGON'S COCKTAIL SPECIAL

Raise one's glass! Penhaligon's asked London-based cocktail bar Nightjar to create a Halfeti-inspired cocktail.

‘Tis the season to be merry, and what better way to get the Christmas spirit flowing than with a cocktail? Penhaligon’s asked Nightjar, a London-based cocktail bar, to rustle up a festive concoction inspired by our very own Halfeti fragrance.

Penhaligon's Christmas Cocktail 2023

As Penhaligon’s adores a cocktail or two, it only made sense to ask Nightjar (who have two rather dapper locations in Shoreditch and Soho) to see what they could rustle up behind the doors of their Soho establishment.

Ambra by Nightjar

50ml Jasmine-infused gin
30ml flower honegar
Dash of Champagne
Squeeze of fresh lime
Citrus pepper spray

Yes, it's a terribly elegant cocktail and a must for those who are fond of florals. However, we wouldn’t dream of trying to recreate such a cocktail at home so there’s one thing for it: a stroll down to Soho, anyone?
