This all sounds sadly familiar, doesn't it? As new lockdown measures some into effect in the UK, Penhaligon's boutiques in Tier 4 areas will close until further notice, whereas the stores in Tier 1, 2 and 3 areas will remain open. What's more, Call & Collect and Concierge Delivery are also available at these stores. We look forward to reuniting soon and, once again, entertaining your nostrils.
The health and well-being of our teams and valued customers is of the utmost importance. Read below for an overview of the latest preventative measures we've implemented in our stores and exciting new services available to make your experience with Penhaligon's even more pleasant.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Social distancing measures are now in place. Please ensure one is always two meters apart. Look for the signs on the floor and follow the instructions in store. We are currently limiting the number of customers inside each store at any given time. It may mean a little wait, but it'll be worth it.
HAND SANITISER
Hand sanitiser is provided. You'll be ship shape in a jiffy. Products, surfaces, testers are thoroughly cleaned in the morning and evening and every hour in-between. And once more.
MASKS & GLOVES
Our teams are fully equipped with masks and gloves, and wear them at all times while in the store. And, as always, are immaculately turned out.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS
Contactless payments are all the rage, darling. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Ali Pay or WeChat Pay perhaps?
