Story time over a brazier
Has a counterintuitive bright musty incense, like a leather with papaya juice running down it. A bit of spice, maybe a touch of vegetal spice, like a fresh mace or green peppercorn (guess this is the ambrette). A good choice for a lighter, fresher, musky incense. Evoked images of a room with fabric on the walls in a North African city, with young people listening to elders tell about their adventures in the desert while having dark tea and burning incense in a brazier at sundown. Well constructed.

Gorgeous
I received my bottle of Arthur today and I couldn't be happier. An absolutely beautiful fragrance that's equally powerful and delicate. Instantly a favourite alongside Sohan and Mr Sam. A truly wonderful addition to the Portraits collection.
