Cancellation

Text the keyword STOP to our shortcode to opt out of receiving text messages. After texting STOP, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize or respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command.

If you are unable to unsubscribe using the STOP command, you may contact us by email at [email protected] or update your communication preferences through the Preference Center. If you unsubscribe from one Penhaligon’s text message program, you may continue to receive messages from other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs.
