It's perfect, you want to smell it and keep smelling it. I like it a lot and it's very classy. They say it smells good.

I’ve been using Finley by Penhaligon’s and I honestly love it. The pistachio scent really stands out—it’s smooth, slightly sweet, and unique without being overwhelming. It’s not too strong or overpowering, which makes it perfect for everyday wear, especially in warm or humid weather. What I like most is how balanced it is—it feels fresh and comforting at the same time. It’s subtle enough for daily use but still has that refined edge that works really well for date nights too. Overall, it smells amazing, easy to wear, and definitely something I’d keep coming back to.

I am more than pleased with this elegant velvety scent. When I first saw it, I was intrigued by the combination of elements, and I was not disappointed. The creamy pistachio blended with the soft violet leaf and leather are complemented with matcha tea and hints of cardamom and star anise. It’s the type of scent you put on and you find yourself closing your eyes and smiling when you catch a flurry of the aroma in the air. Delightful!

I am very happy indeed with my recent purchase of The Fortuitous Finley. It took me a couple of trips to Penhaligons in Brighton (and test sprays, and whaffings-about-town) to be sure that Finley was the man for me, so as to speak, but I was guided throughout, by the very kind and knowledgeable Kat, who struck the perfect balance between being there when I needed her expertise, giving me enough time to let the scent develop on my skin, and for me to consider/ reflect on whether I loved it or not. In particular, Kat helped me at the perilous crossroads which was whether I go for Finely or Mr Thompson... In the end 'creamy pistachio' won the day! I also came away with a couple of atomisers, which are genius little devices: Refill at home with any perfume you fancy, and out you go into the world with a vial of spirit-buoying scent tucked safely away in your top pocket Okay, I've said enough-off I trot now, disappearing in a diaphanous fug of violets and delectablness!
