CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We hope it’s love at first sight. But if not, we’ll refund or replace free of charge within 30 days.
If you are a Member of the Olfactive Society this is extended to 90 days.
The Penhaligon’s Promise applies in the UK and Europe on products bought from our website for personal use (not resale).
- Refunds include the retail price of the returned product shown on the verified dispatch note.
- Refunds can only be credited to the method of payment used to buy the product
- Returns within the UK are free. If you’re returning something from elsewhere in Europe, you’ll need to pay postage
- Bulk, automated or third-party claims cannot be accepted
- You can only return one of each product at a time

1. UK Online Returns
If you’d like to return something you bought from our website and you live in the UK, simply send it to us at:

Be sure to include the following:
- Your original shipping note
- A cover letter with your contact details and order number
We recommend you get proof of postage.
2. Europe Online Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you can return any product to us.
Returns must be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.
Please note that returns are free of charge from the regions we deliver to.
To return any item you can use the pre-filled and prepaid return label that you will find inside the envelope.
Then, proceed to return the package in its original packaging:
• Send us the parcel from your nearest drop off point: Scan the QR code or visit https://www.ups.com/dropoff
• Schedule a collection with UPS: https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/tracking-support.page
You will be refunded to your original form of payment within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receipt of your cancellation notice or returned product(s) by our Customer Service team.
All returned items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed and accompanied by all documents provided with them at the time of delivery.
Any personalized, revised or altered products, or any products returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled, may not be refunded.
If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Penhaligons will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
Please note that all fragrance items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
