Beautiful But Fleeting
I absolutely Love the smell of this Perfume and, like any purchase of something so personal, it was a highly considered one. I waited patiently for it to arrive, feeling ever so slightly naughty for having spent a considerable amount of money on myself, which is something unheard of as I tend to splurge on others and not myself. When it arrived I was excited and tore into the parcel like a child on Christmas morning. The Box is stunning and something to be proud to have on display, the bottle is beautiful and of a good quality glass, the top is whimsical and heavy, again giving that feeling of good quality. The perfume when atomised onto the skin is hauntingly lovely and fills the Nose with a heavenly aroma. Sadly that is where the praise and the love affair ends, because by the time I have finished dressing and walked through the door, the scent is just a ghost of what it was an hour and a half ago. It is so lovely when first sprayed onto pulse points but it simply fades away so quickly that the smell is a distant memory before I even get to work, let alone lasting through the day. People have always commented on my Perfumes because I always wear something that is memorable however, I have not had one comment about this perfume and that is not because of its smell, it is simply that by the time I get into the office the smell has faded away. As much as I love the smell, I will not purchase it again.
I adore this fragrance. Its unique and elegant, heady and sensual. Delicious!
