Life on deck, you say? Why, of course: Port Out, Starboard Home. In the golden era of cruise liners and far-flung seafaring voyages, the best views – and only the best will do, of course – were port-side on the way out and starboard on the way home. This marvellous morsel of wisdom happened to inspire the redesign of Penhaligon’s popular Bath & Body collection. One couldn’t think of a better way to begin the day than a toilette teeming with rather redolent rituals, if we do say so ourselves.
With Posh Wash, it’s possible Penhaligon’s might have gone a touch overboard. Our fabulous fragrances have been bottled up to wash hands and limber up limbs in the fanciest of vessels, larger than before (sometimes size does matter, after all).
