Full Measures
As always, the health and well-being of our teams and valued customers is of the utmost importance. Read below for an overview of the latest preventative measures we’ve implemented in our stores.
Social distancing measures are now in place. Please ensure one is always two metres apart. Look for the signs on the floor and follow the instructions in store. We are currently limiting the number of customers inside each store at any given time. It may mean a little wait, but it’ll be worth it.
Hand sanitiser is provided. You’ll be ship shape in a jiffy. Products, surfaces, testers are thoroughly cleaned in the morning and evening and every hour in-between. And once more.
Contactless payments are all the rage, darling. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Ali Pay or WeChat Pay perhaps? New health & safety guidelines and training have been issued to all our teams members. They’re rather well prepared, don’t you know.
Our teams are fully equipped with masks and gloves and have the option to wear them when necessary. And as always are immaculately turned out.
And never fear, at 2 meters your delightful fragrance can still be detected. Should you have any questions, our teams will be delighted to help and look forward to welcoming you back.
