Penhaligon’s Promise
 
If you don't fall in love with your online purchase, just give the product back to us within 60 days of the date of purchase, with the documents set out below, and we’ll refund the returned product free of charge.
 
Please note:

·         the Penhaligon’s Promise is open only to customers purchasing products from us for personal use (not resale) and for deliveries to addressed in the UK and Europe;
·         it only applies to online purchases made via our website;
·         no bulk, automated or third party claims will be accepted;
·         one return per person per product;
·         the refund will be for the retail price of the returned product shown on the verified dispatch note plus postage at standard delivery rate; and
·         the refund will be credited to the debit or credit card used to purchase the product and no cash will be given.
·         Returns within the UK are free of charge, the cost of returns elsewhere in Europe are your responsibility.

UK Online Returns
 
If you’ve purchased your product online, and you live in the UK, just return it to us at the address below, enclosing (a) your original shipping note or (b) a cover letter with your contact details and order number or (c) our Model Cancelation Form.  We will not be able to give a refund unless this information is provided.
 
We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage when posting your return.

Europe Online Returns
 
If you’ve purchased your product online for delivery to an address outside anywhere else in Europe, please return it to us at the address listed below, enclosing (a) your original shipping note or (b) a cover letter with your contact details and order number or (c) our Model Cancellation Form. We will not be able to refund or replace the product unless this information is provided
 
We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage when posting your return. No liability will be accepted for products lost, undelivered or damaged in the post.
