Coutours has created a series of tours for customers of Penhaligon’s.
The tours take place on foot and will last approximately 2 hours.
Tours are run in all weather so please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. When it is hot, hats and sun protection are recommended. The tour route can be quite uneven so we would advise sensible footwear and to take great care while walking on the tour and when crossing roads etc. Also it is advisable to bring water with you, especially if it is hot.
Please leave plenty of time for travel and aim to arrive a few minutes before the tour commences.
While Coutours and their tour guides, make every effort to provide a punctual service, all start and finish times are approximate to allow for any delays caused by traffic and road problems, adverse weather conditions and any other problems outside the control of Coutours. Coutours is not liable for any inconvenience or expenses incurred as a result of such a delay. Should there be a delay, time will be made up at the end of the tour or in extreme cases, at another time convenient to both parties.
Coutours is not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising from or caused by the weather, acts of God, war, accident, government restrictions or regulations, from an act or omission of any individual, traffic, road conditions, mechanical problems or any other cause or condition beyond its control.
Coutours can also change any tour or route without notice and assumes no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond its control.
Coutours reserves the right to refuse tours to any person that the tour guide deems unfit to undertake a tour including those displaying disorderly conduct or drunkenness. All persons under the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult unless arranged in advance.
Tour amendments for those with disabilities: Tours are suitable for most wheelchair users and walkers of varying ability. Please notify us if you have any mobility issues and the tour will be modified if required. Tours can be revised to suit those with hearing or sight impairment.
