Over the past few years we have successfully collaborated with prestigious mixologists to create cocktails inspired by our fragrances. Here are a few of our favourites:
Juniper Sling Cocktail, The Tippling Club, Singapore
The Juniper Sling cocktail was created by mixologist Ryan Clift for The Tippling Club, Singapore. The drink is based on the fragrance and it is served in a Penhaligon’s bottle. You can still find it on the cocktail menu today!
Peoneve Cocktail, St James Bar at the Sofitel St James Hotel, London
For the 2012 the launch of Peoneve, bespoke cocktails were created exclusively by the head bartender of the St James Bar at the Sofitel St James Hotel. The recipe included rose liquor, jasmine syrup and pink champagne to carefully reflect the sparkling essence of the scent.
Orange Blossom Cocktail, Callooh Callay, London
In 2011, we worked with the stylish Shoreditch cocktail bar Callooh Callay’s expert mixologists to create five unique Penhaligon’s inspired cocktails. The delicious Orange Blossom Cocktail recipe is below:
40 ml of Ocho Blanco Tequila 2 bar spoons of Crème de Peche ½ a fresh lime 1 bar spoon of agave syrup Orange oil (from the zest) Finish with a spritz of orange flower water!
