  • Created in 1910, English Fern is a completely unique, fresh and earthy tonic of a fragrance. Field-fresh clover, lavender and geranium bed down with woods, patchouli and moss to create a rich, spiced green scent that oozes Englishness. It captures that slightly soapy, just washed feeling with elegance and a touch of sensuality. English Fern is a finely balanced fougere for men and women looking for something a bit different.

    • Beautifully Fresh But A Not Stayer
    • by Marcus
    • I am a huge fan of Penhaligon`s Fragrances and this is no exception. It has a beautifully green, fresh fragrancel that is uplifting. The only letdown for me, is that the fragrance doesn`t last very long at all. a couple of hours after you have applied to pulse points, and its gone. This is a real shame because I would highly recommend this. Maybe layering up with the soap and talc would help this last a lot longer.

    • A big fan of Sartorial, I decided to give English Fern a try and I must say I'm an immediate fan. I prefer my scents to have a touch of androgyny or even femininity to them Amouage Gold Man, Bronnley's 'English Fern' (an entirely different scent, don't be fooled by the name), Tabac even. English Fern seems to have it all that masculine strength softened by a delicate sweetness. I can't get enough!

    • Scents That You Will Never Forget
    • by Mr. Rick
    • I was introduced to Penhaligon's fragrances over twenty years ago, while working in manhattan. Every month I would visit their beautifully decorated shop at Sak's Fifth Avenue. Of course their selection has grown immensely. My two very favorites are Hammam and English Fern. What gorgeous scents these are. They do linger a long time. I can not begin to tell you how many compliments I have gotten from others about those delicious scents. I myself would never use another brand. Penhaligon's is a must have.
