FAULTY GOODS
Any items delivered to you which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the online customer service by calling 0800 716 108 or emailing byrequest@penhaligons.com and we will be happy to help. 

 
HYGIENE
For reasons of hygiene, any toiletries item which has been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty.
 
SALE ITEMS
Goods purchased as sale items or special purchase may not be returned or exchanged.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Specially ordered items may not be returned.


UK Online Returns

All goods purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase and only if the items are un-opened and in their original packaging.

Europe Online Returns

We recommend that you obtain a proof of purchase when posting your return.

Boutiques Returns

Goods may be returned for exchange or credit note, provided that they are returned in their original packaging, unused and within 28 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.
