UK Online Returns Policy
We are sure you will love our products as much as we do, but if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return or exchange part or all of your order then please contact us by calling 0800 716 108 or emailing email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
All goods purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase and only if the items are un-opened and in their original packaging.
Please return using our office address shown below and enclose your original dispatch note or add a cover letter with your contact details and order number. We will refund the cost of your returns only if the items are faulty or damaged.

Any items delivered to you which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the online customer service by calling 0800 716 108 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
For reasons of hygiene, any toiletries item which has been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty.

Goods may be returned for exchange or credit note, provided that they are returned in their original packaging, unused and within 28 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.
