It is now a long standing tradition that we celebrate a new addition to our collection with a little tipple...or two. The arrival of No.33 Eau de Cologne is no exception. So raise a glass with us and enjoy!
Recreate the delicious No.33 cocktail, a sophisticated blend of vodka infused with Scot's Pine and citrus with a kick of coriander.
35ml Scot’s Pine infused Ketel One vodka*
20ml Aqua di Cedro
15ml Café Murano coriander seed syrup**
10ml grapefruit juice
5ml lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a Japanese mixing glass (or a big glass you can fit all the liquid and ice into together), add ice and stir for approx. 15-20 seconds, test until correct dilution has occurred.
Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a spritz of grapefruit peel and twist peel into glass.

*Take two large sprigs of Scot’s Pine and add to 75cl of Ketel One vodka (but any premium vodka will be fine), allow to infuse for 3-4 hours (doing this in a Kilner jar makes it easier). Strain and return vodka to the bottle.
**take 100grams of coriander seeds, 500grams standard white sugar, 250ml water. Heat gently in a saucepan for 15 mins, making sure all the sugar has dissolved and the liquid has turned brownish colour from the seeds. Approx. 1 min before you take the pan off the heat add the zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange. Store in sealed bottle. This syrup should be good for one week, or two if kept in the fridge.
