A little bit about you & what you do?
I’m a blogger, but I also write for numerous publications and brands as well. Of course that’s not forgetting all the social media channels and the various photographs I take to feature in my work. All in all I tend to have a lot of fun whilst doing it all!
What excites you most about working in fashion?
A mix between being able to see some of the most beautiful clothes in the world to meeting some of best coolest creative minds out there!
What can’t you leave the house without?
My phone, camera & travel card!
What sort of things do you do in your spare time?
I’m pretty boring, so when I’m not working ( which I don’t actually consider as work) I’m probably doing various university projects.
I want to say ASOS but I only really get a few pieces from there each season, so probably Urban Outfitters.

What’s fashion week like for you?
Fashion Week is a fun but beyond busy time for me; my deadlines become hourly, the catwalk locations become further apart and food is a good old friend which I don’t see at all… But with all that, it is arguably one of the best times of the year. I know people say fashion isn’t as glamorous as it sounds,
but I think at times, they forget about the pretty darn incredible times!
Besides the obvious that ‘it smells overwhelmingly’ great, Malabah is all about an imaginary journey along an East Indian spice route. It’s not a journey that I’ve ever taken but I believe nonetheless that the scent personifies me because as the sweet musks and amber change, they represent everything I am going through and the twists and turns of life.
So there we have it! London Fashion Week is over and I really hope you have enjoyed my series, ‘The Fashion Files.’
We’d like to thank Abi for writing these fantastic posts to coincide with Fashion Week. Please do check out her blog I Am AbiMarvel here.
